NYPD finds 29-year-old man fatally shot in head, no arrest made

A 29-year-old man was fatally shot in the head in Brooklyn on Saturday night, cops said.

Around 5:50 p.m., police responded to calls of shots fired at 248 Stanhope St. in Bushwick, where they found the man with a gunshot wound to the head.

He was transported to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center just two blocks away from the scene, where he was pronounced dead, according to authorities.

The victim’s identity is being withheld until the family has been properly notified, police said.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
