Nikola Jokic injury update: Nuggets star to return vs. Miami Heat

The Denver Nuggets have been without the league’s reigning MVP Nikola Jokic for the last four games, but he’s set to return against the Miami Heat on Monday, Nov. 29.

The ultra-durable star has missed six of the Nuggets’ first 19 games — the only other game he didn’t suit up for so far was due to a suspension, following his altercation with the Heat’s Markieff Morris.

Through the 14 games played, he’s averaging career-highs of 26.4 points and 13.6 rebounds while also dishing out 6.4 assists on career-high shooting efficiencies of 59.3 percent from the field and 41.0 percent from beyond the arc.
